The house was built in 2006 and lies in an area of land previously owned by Atholl Estates. On ground level house has a modern open plan layout including Kitchen/ Dinning / Lounge. There are also two twin bedrooms and a ground floor bathroom with over bath shower. Upstairs is a luxurious master bedroom with an en suite shower room.

The house is fully accessible to disabled visitors and is suitable for a wheelchair.

Heating in all rooms is by oil fired radiators.

French doors lead to paved patio area with garden table, chairs, deckchairs and bench

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave/ oven / hob / fridge freezer and washing machine.

Satellite TV is available in main lounge (Sky Package including Movies) and there is also a DVD player and CD player. There is a TV in one of the downstairs bed rooms for playing DVDs and Playstation games. (No TV reception in this room) A Plalystation One and games are available for the use of guests.

Wireless broadband now available for a small extra charge

All Bed linen and towels are provided for guests

There is no charge for electricity used.

Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement
(£10 charge one dog / £15 charge two dogs.)
