It is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the A9 trunk road but the single track road which passes through the village and over the hump back bridge is a million miles away from the busier parts of Perthshire.
The house stands in it own grounds in the small hamlet of Old Struan and has beautiful views in all directions, it sits close to the river and moments from the weir where the Errochty Water meets the River Garry.
The name Old Struan means "the meeting of the streams".
There are many walks from the house and lots of countryside to explore. The village itself consists of about twelve cottages, three farms, a church and a traditional inn (The Struan Inn) which is a 5 minute walk from the house and serves bar lunches and dinner daily.
All local services including Shops, Café, Restaurant, Post Office, Internet café, Hotel, Petrol Station and Cash Machine are available in Blair Atholl, which is a 5 minute drive away.
